Yesterday the A1GP Championship descended on Brands Hatch, bringing with it an exciting end to this seasons championship. Of course predicting that it would be a great race I decided to go down there are watch, the last time I went to Brands Hatch was probably 12 years ago to watch a Formula 3000 race and met Sir Jackie Stewart. This time though I took my camera along with me. If you were wondering Adam Carroll won the title for Team Ireland.
The race itself was exciting, and it was made better by the fact they were offering a photographer ticket that gave us access to the area behind the pitlane, it gave us the opportunity to get shots that wouldn’t have been as good at one of the normal viewing points.
I’ve not been following the whole A1GP season but after seeing it all in person I think I will start, I’ve just got to find out where it’s being broadcast!
